Uttarakhand: Cong MLA admits horse-trading

New Delhi: Another embarrassing situation for Congress has sprung up where a sting video shows that Congress MLAs were paid by the then Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat. 
Congress MLA Madan Singh has been caught on tape where he has admitted that 12 Congress MLAs were paid Rs 25 lakh each by Harish Rawat. He has also claimed that Rawat earned 27 crores while in power.

BJP condemned the incident saying that this exposes how the Congress party and Harish Rawat want to stay in power by horse-trading. 
Recently, another sting video had surfaced which showed Harish Rawat trying to bribe the lawmakers to favour him in the floot test.
