New Delhi: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati has said that her party will be independently contesting elections in all states including Uttarakhand.
While speaking to media the BSP leader said, "Want to make it clear that BSP won’t form alliance with any party, will contest independently in all states including Uttarakhand."
Her party had supported the Congress party on Tuesday during the floor test that took place in Uttarakhand. Mayawati said that as it was not an election but only a test to form Govt, her party had backed Harish Rawat of the Congress.
