Television journalist Aneesh Chandran dies at 34

Thiruvananthapuram: Popular television journalist with Asianet news, Aneesh Chandran passed away on Friday morning. He was 34.

The journo was reportedly run over by a train at Kazhakootam railway station in Thiruvananthapuram.

According to the police source, circumstantial evidence suggested it was a case of suicide.

Aneesh who was the anchor of ‘FIR’ on Asianet news channel had earlier served in Mangalam and Mathrubhumi dailies. He is survived by his wife Archana Parameshwaran.

Police have registered a case under Section 174 of Code of criminal procedure.
