Naxals set railway station on fire in Chhattisgarh

Jagdalpur: An unfortunate incident took place on Friday night, when a group of Naxals set Kumharsarda railway station in Chhattisgarh's Jagdalpur district on fire.
According to reports, a lot of railway equipment was damaged in the fire. Train traffic on the route was also affected.
A month ago, Naxalites had gunned down two villagers from Gadchiroli District near Maharashtra-Chhattisgarh border on suspicion of being police informers.
Prior to that, a police personnel was killed in an IED blast triggered by Naxals in Chhattisgarh's Bijapur District.
Adding to reports, as many as 122 Naxals, including 11 women, surrendered before the police in Sukma District of Chhattisgarh.
