Mumbai: Mumbai airport officials on Thursday seized foreign currency worth more than Rs 1 crore  from a Chinese national travelling to Hong Kong. 
 
The passenger has been arrested and is being questioned by the police.

Earlier in May, foreign currency worth Rs 62.26 lakh and 1.2 kg of gold worth Rs 36.47 lakh were seized by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) from Chennai and Trichy international airports respectively.
