SHOCKER! Passengers of express train assaulted by Indian Railways pantry staff

Mumbai: Another incident of assault was reported where Bhayander residents who were travelling with their children and relatives were allegedly assaulted by a mob of around 20 pantry car staffers inside an express train running between Kota and Ratlam after the family questioned why bottled water of ‘Rail Neer’ was not being served in the train.
According to reports, the passengers were attacked when they questioned the staff about branded water of ‘Rail Neer’ not being served in the train.
One of the victims said that a TT who boarded the train after it crossed Ratlam station tried to help them and lodged a complaint. The complaint was lodged after the train crossed Surat station.
As per eye witness account, the group of mobsters managed to escape from the spot after assaulting the passengers. The Railway Police Force (RPF) is known to have acted hours after the incident was reported.
The victim appealed to the Railway Minister and the government that no passenger should be put through this ordeal.
