Fire breaks out at Agarvadi dumping ground in Maharashtra

Thane: A massive fire broke out at the Agarvadi dumping ground in Kalyan on Tuesday evening.

More than 14 fire engines and water tankers were deployed to the site to douse the flames. It took around seven hours to control the fire on the 4-acre dumping ground near Durgadi Bridge.

As per police reports, the fire broke out around 3:30 pm. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained and no casualties have been reported yet.
