New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed the India community in Doha. He assured them that he will take up the problems faced by them during his talks with the leaders.
 
PM Modi said that he is aware of the problems faced by the Indian workers outside. PM Modi said that people of India in Qatar are never away from India even for a minute. They’re re-living India on the soil of Qatar. 
 
Earlier on Sunday, PM Modi met Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani and signed seven agreements including investment and tourism projects. Modi attended a meeting with business leaders and invited them to invest in India.
 
Modi’s is the first prime ministerial visit from India to energy-rich Qatar since the then Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s in 2008.
