New Delhi: It was a sunny Monday morning in the national capital with minimum temperature recorded at 32.2 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average, the MET Office said.
"The sky will remain mainly clear throughout the day. Dust and thunder storm are likely in the evening," an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 60 per cent.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 42 degrees Celsius.
Sunday's maximum temperature was recorded at 42.6 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average while minimum temperature settled at 30.6 degrees Celsius, three notches above the season's average.
