New Delhi:  Voting for 27 Rajya Sabha seats is underway in seven states on Saturday. As per the reports, results will be declared by 6.30 pm. 228 members of the House are expected to take part in the polling.

Rajya Sabha Polls: Update
1) Update: A verbal spat occured between SP MLA Hazi Zamerullah Khan & BJP MLA Raghunandan Singh Badauriya during RS polls, Lucknow

2) Haryana: Voting completed. All 90 MLAs have cast their votes and the ballot box will be opened at 4 pm for counting. One INLD personnel has cast his vote in favour of BJP-supported candidate, according to the reports.
3) BJP legislator Krishna Paswan called SP MLAs "goons" and accused them of not allowing the BJP lawmakers to cast vote, according to the ANI report.

4) Some verbal spats occured inside polling booth in Karnataka's Gulbarga
Former PM HD Devegowda's son Revanna alleged that he was being forced to cast vote in favour of the Congress.
5) Results for the Rajya Sabha elections will be announced by 6.30 pm
