Stones pelted at bus ferrying Amarnath pilgrims. Kashmiri Pundits being targetted?

Anantnag: A bus ferrying Kashmiri pundit yatri's from Jammu was pelted with stones near Khannabal area in South Kashmir by a mob on Saturday.
Reports claim, the attackers took advantage of darkness and fled the area after hurling stones at the bus. 
At least two ladies and an old man, who were seated in the bus got injured. All the yatri's were taken inside an army camp and are being administered with medical assistance &  first aid.
According to the latest information, some vehicles while on their way to Pahalgam were carrying material to establish a 'Langer' at Amarnath base Camp Pahlgam when a mob holding stones suddenly stopped the bus and started pelting stones at them. There have been no reports of an FIR being filed yet, pertaining to the case.

Kashmiri Pundits are being targetted eversince the proposal for separate Sainik and Pundit colonies has come to the fore. The valley had witnessed raging protests, pertaining to the matter. 

The new PDP-BJP government has on various occasions reiterated its commitment to facilitate return of Kashmiri pundits by establishing separate colonies for them in the Valley. 
Influential Separatists leaders Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Yasin Malik, had called for a joint seminar on June 12 and symbolic protest on June 15, against the government's decision to establish separate colonies for pundits and sainiks. However, all three of them have been put under house arrest ahead of the today's meet.
