New Delhi: One of the prime accused in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack David Coleman Headley’s case hearing has been adjourned till July 26th. The case was being heard at the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA). The MCOCA court will give its report on 26th July after the hearing. Headly had turned approver in this case.
David Coleman Headley is an American terrorist of Pakistani origin, and a spy who conspired with the Lashkar-e-Taiba in plotting the 2008 Mumbai attacks.
Nearly a year after the Mumbai carnage, Headley, on his way to Pakistan, was arrested at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago.
Headley testified before a special court in Mumbai from a US prison through video conference.
