After being harassed, girls decided to teach a lesson to their tormentors.

New Delhi: After being harassed for months, the students of a private Ayurvedic college and hospital in Kolkata decided to teach a lesson to their tormentors. On Tuesday, a group of women and school girls beat and dragged four of their harassers to Jagaddal police station.

The four suspects staying in Kakinara Rathtala used to tease the girls regularly and make obscene gestures at them, says the complaint.
On Tuesday, when the girls were passing by the Kakinara Rathtala area, the four suspects started harassing them and also threatened them.
A group of women in the locality rushed out of their homes and started beating the harassers and hauled them to the local police station.
The accused have been identified as Rohan Hossain from Ratua in Malda, Suresh Bhuniya from Khanakul in Hooghly, Dipak Singh from Patna and Biplab Deb from Tripura. They have been charged with a case of molestation and will be produced in court on Wednesday.
