New Delhi: Pakistani journalist Mehr Tarar was on Monday questioned by Delhi police for almost three hours in connection with the death of Congress MP Shahsi Tharoor’s wife Sunanda Pushkar.
Tarar was questioned about her relationship with the Congress leader and her fight with Sunanda on Twitter. She was also asked to fill a questionnaire prepared by the Special Investigation Team (SIT).
The Pakistani journalist had a verbal spat with Sunanda, a day before her mysterious death.
Tarar was earlier questioned by SIT in February, in a hotel in New Delhi.
51-year-old Sunanda was found dead at a hotel on January 17, 2014.
In January 2015, a case of murder was registered in connection with Sunanda’s death.
