New Delhi: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) on Saturday called of its protest against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for slur used against Mayawati by Dayashankar Singh, across Uttar Pradesh on July 25.
In a shocking incident on Wednesday, UP vice president of the BJP Dayashankar Singh used derogatory language against Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati and compared her to a prostitute.
Being highly criticised for his derogatory language against BSP supremo Mayawati, the BJP suspended Dayashankar Singh for six years.
Targeting Dayashankar, BSP’s Chandigarh chief Jannat Jahan on Thursday announced a reward of Rs 50 Lakh to anyone who gets her Dayashankars’ tongue.
Meanwhile, BJP on Saturday protested against Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) over the use of abusive language by its party members against the family of Dayashankar Singh.
Also, Daya Shakar Singh's wife Swati and his mother Tetra Devi lodged the FIR against Mayawati, senior BSP leader and former state minister Naseemuddin Siddiqui, state party President Ram Achal Rajbhar and Secretary Mewalal for using foul and objectionable language against their family.
