New Delhi: Minister of State (MoS), Home Affairs, Hansraj Ahir on Tuesday confirmed that the terrorist caught alive in Kupwara was a Pakistani national. NewsX has the first and exclusive image of the terrorist who was arrested by the security forces. The security agencies have also claimed that the terrorist has links with terrorist organisation Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).
The terrorist arrested by the security forces has been identified as Saifullah alias Bahadur Ali, a 22-year-old resident of Lahore, Pakistan.
The arrest of the terrorist from Pakistan has given fresh ammunition to India against Pakistan on grounds that the neighbouring country is breeding terror modules.

Earlier, in an encounter carried out by security forces in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) earlier today (26 July), four terrorists were killed and one was apprehended.
Three AK-47 rifles, two pistols and other arms and ammunitions were recovered from the possession of the terrorists.
The encounter occurred in Naugam, Jammu and Kashmir where Border Security Forces (BSF) exchanged fire with terrorists in the region.
Union Minister of Home Affairs of India Kiren Rijiju said that it was a big achievement that one of the terrorists was nabbed alive.
