New Delhi: People in Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR) witnessed rainy Saturday morning as thundershowers bought relief from hot and humid Friday.

The met department has predicted more rain in the coming days.

Earlier, heavy rainfall lashed Mumbai on Friday and flooded many parts of the city, disrupting rail and road traffic as well as flights, officials said.

The downpour led to water logging in parts of south and central Mumbai as well as eastern and western suburbs, leading to major traffic snarls in the morning peak hour.
