One year of Narendra Modi government: BJP leaders address large gatherings

NEW DELHI: As Narendra Modi government completes one year in office on Tuesday, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is likely to hold 200 rallies across the country with a week-long campaign, calling it as Jan Kalyan Parv where all party leaders, including Union Ministers, MPs, Chief Ministers and MLAs, are expected to mark the achievements of its government. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday addressed a public rally in Mathura, which is the birthplace of Jan Sangh ideologue Deen Dayal Upadhyay.

Meanwhile, BJP President Amit Shah addressed a press conference at the party headquarters in New Delhi.
