NewsX Roving Editor Athar Khan happened to be in Mumbai in the first week of August 2016, almost 11 years after the great Mumbai deluge known as 26/7 took place. Khan and his team saw firsthand what happens to Mumbai after a mere 4 hours of rain.
So NewsX decided to speak to the stakeholders to find out why Mumbai doesn’t have world-class drainage sewage and road facilities despite the Mumbai Municipal Corporation being the richest Municipal body in Asia.
