New Delhi: A year after the sensational Sheena Bora murder case which shook the entire nation where Sheena’s own mother Indrani Mukerjea allegedly murdered her own daughter, a set of 20 recorded clips of telephone conversation between Indrani Mukerjea, Peter Mukerjea and Rahul Mukerjea came to light on Thursday.
As per reports, these tapes were recorded by Rahul Mukerjea, which has now been handed over to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for further assistance in the Sheena Bora murder case. The clips suggest clear attempt of the former Star CEO Peter Mukerjea in covering up the murder.
However, CBI has only used seven out of 20 recordings that were handed over to them, citing its relevance to the case.
The telephonic conversations that were aired by TV channels show Rahul in conversation with Indrani and Peter for a period of two weeks.
In one of the conversation, Rahul is heard speaking to Peter and asking where is Sheena to whom Peter replies that he has no knowledge about her.
In another clip Rahul is heard expressing his concern about the disappearance of Sheena as she is not in contact with anyone and even about her inactivity on social media.
In another conversation, Peter and Indrani are both suggesting Rahul to move on and forget Sheena.
Although the tapes do not prove Indrani and Peter’s involvement in the case but they do indicate that the Mukerjea couple did not wanted Rahul to continue his relationship with Sheena Bora.
