New Delhi: Former news anchor and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Ashutosh, in an open letter, defended sacked AAP minister Sandeep Kumar, over his involvement in a leaked sex video and said his act was consensual and private.
In a long post, published in NDTV, Ashutosh said, "The sex was consensual, private act. TV editors are indulging in bigger stupidity."
However, Sandeep Kumar defended himself and said that he was innocent and being targeted because he is a Dalit. He also asked the authorities to do a thorough investigation into the matter.
"It is a conspiracy against me as I am a Dalit. The video needs to be probed," Sandeep said.
Earlier on Wednesday, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal sacked Minister for Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Sandeep Kumar after an objectionable CD surfaced against him.

Mr. Ash Tosh seem to have very low to NIL knowledge of law, that Mr. Kejri Wall, would find him MOST suited to be Law Minister of India. Having sex is indeed "personal". But & even with "consent", having sex with lawfully wedded spouse of another person, is liable for punishment as "infidelity". Just for info of Mr. Ash, so that he can warn ALL in his party, family & friends !!
