Rohtak: Hours after Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) conducted raids at several places related to former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, the present Chief Minister ML Khattar said that action must be taken against anyone and everyone who has done wrong.
“Action must be taken against anyone and everyone who has done wrong, be it ex-CM or present CM,” Khattar said.
Responding to whether it was a political vendettaor or not, the Haryana CM said, “No question of any vendetta, CBI is conducting its inquiry.”
Earlier in the day, the CBI had raided residences and offices of former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda and his close aides in Rohtak, Gurugram, Panchkula, Chandigarh and Delhi in connection with the Manesar land deal case.
It is reported that the investigating agency conducted raids at 20 locations.
