Bhopal: A female student of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here threw ink at Union Health Minister JP Nadda, who was on a visit to the institution on Saturday.
The incident was reported around 1 p.m. when students were protesting against the hospital's administration over delay in operations of several departments at the hospital-cum-medical college.
