New Delhi: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday slammed NDA govt for terror strike in Uri, J&K, which resulted in death of 17 soldiers.
“PM Modi ji’s short sighted alliance with PDP opened space for terrorism in Kashmir, our soldiers have died & I condemn that,” Gandhi said in Kanpur Rural, Uttar Pradesh.
Gandhi further said that Congress was willing to extend a hand of help for improving the situation in the Valley.
“Congress is ready to help in whatever way possible as far as our soldiers & GoI is concerned,” he said.
18 soldiers were killed when terrorists stormed into an army camp on Sunday morning. 4 militants were also killed in the encounter.
