Here are the highlights of his speech:

•Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, popularly known as Babasaheb Ambedkar belonged to everyone, not just the weak.
•We see the influence of Ambedkar everywhere even today.
•The dream of Babasaheb Ambedkar is still incomplete.
•When voices in IIT Madras are muffled, it shows that the rights of some people are still being snatched away.
•Our fight is to give rights to all section of the society.
•The dream of Babasaheb Ambedkar to abolish the caste system is incomplete. The Constitution has been in place for years, but casteism still lives.
•The country cannot change till the time some people are kept away from their rights.
•The life of Babasaheb Ambedkar teaches us that change is not easy, it takes time.
•Constitution has given equal rights to everyone. Voices of all sections of society should be heard.
