India has increasingly been seeing some of the major attacks on Indian Army establishments. On September 18, 2016, around 5:30AM 4 terrorists attacked the Uri Army Base, in which 18 young soldiers of the Indian Army were killed.
Indian soldiers battled for six hours and the battle ended with all four 'Fidayeens' killed. The attack took place at a time when 6 Bihar Regiment was replacing 10 Dogra Regiment. The terrorists blew up a fuel dump at the tents in which around 13-14 Jawans caught fire & died while the remaining died in the ensuing gunfight.
Though no terrorist groups have claimed responsibility of one of the deadliest attack yet, there are several indications of terrorists belonging to 'Jaish-e-Mohammed (JEM)' which is a Pakistan-based armed group led by Azhar Mehmood. Started by a Muslim cleric - Maulana Masood Azhar, the Jiash-e-Mohammed group was also involved in the Pathankot attack.
With this show 'Securing India', NewsX pays its tribute to our martyrs and since it is quite clear that who is behind these terror attacks a question arises that, Where will India & Pakistan war be going from here?
