New Delhi: A Delhi Court on Thursday issued an open non-bailable warrant (NBW) against underworld don Dawood Ibrahim and his aide Chhota Shakeel. The NBW was hired for allegedly hiring goons to kill a leader of a right-wing outfit.
The order was passed by Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Sumit Dass on a plea of Special Cell of Delhi Police that soke issuance of NBW against the two.
As per police reports, Swami Chakrapani had bought a car in an auction that was owned by Dawood Ibrahim in an auction conducted by the government of India which was later burnt in Ghaziabad.
As per early reports, Dawood and Chota Shakeel conspired to eliminate Akhil Bhartiya Hindu Mahasabha leader Swami Chakrapani by hiring goons.
