New Delhi: An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 on the Richter scale hit the India-Pakistan border in Jammu and Kashmir at 1:34PM on Saturday noon, Pakistan media reported.

As per the US Geological Survey report, the earthquake was reported from 117KM east of the Swat Valley city of Mingaora, at a depth of 43.4 KM.

The tremors were felt in Peshawar, Gilgit, Chilas and Islamabad.
