‘Pakistan in shock post surgical strike’

New Delhi: The Defence Minister of India, Manohar Parrikar, on Saturday noon lauded the efforts of the Special Forces involved in the surgical strikes that destroyed 8 terror launch pads across the LoC on September 29.

Commenting for the first time post surgical strikes, Parrikar reiterated that anyone who even thinks of harming India will get a hard reply.

Lauding the efforts of the special troops, Parrikar said, "We do not want to capture any nation, Lord Rama won Lanka and gave it to Vibhishana. We did the same in Bangladesh, we do not want to harm anyone, but if some harms us a befitting reply will be given."

Talking about the reports of Pakistan Army denying the surgical strikes in PoK, Parrikar said that Pakistan is doing so because they still haven't been able to cope up with the damage caused, also they are still unable to realise that how and when Indian Special Forces went into PoK and completed their job.

"Lord Hanuman did not know of his powers before going to Lanka, I made our Armed forces realise their power", Parrikar said.

Defence Minister while congratulating the para commandos on behalf of the nation said, "On the orders of our Prime Minister, Army did a great job."

Just 11 days after 19 Indian soldiers were martyred in Jammu and Kashmir's Uri area, Indian Special Forces (ISF) targeted eight terror launch pads positioned on the LoC killing 50 terrorists and causing significant casualties to their hideouts.
