New Delhi: A trainer aircraft, IAF Jaguar crashed over Pokharan (Jaisalmer) in Rajasthan on Monday.
Both the pilots managed to eject safely from the plane. A Court of Inquiry has been ordered into the incident.
The aircraft was on routine training sortie when the incident occurred in the area which is near the India-Pak border, defence spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Manish Ojha said after the incidence.
Earier in June, an Indian Air Force plane had crashed near the ordnance depot in Om Vihar, Gurgaon.
