New Delhi: Hitting back at those who are raising questions on recently conducted surgical strikes by the Indian Army across the Line of Control (LOC), Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu on Tuesday said, "We saw today some political leaders speaking the language of Pakistan. Such politicians don't realise the consequences of their irresponsible talks, shows their lack of confidence in our jawans."
"India wants peace with neighbours, but look what Pak is doing, entire world knows. Who gave shelter to Laden, and is now sheltering Dawood? Nation needs to stand together. It's not fair to ask our jawans to show proof of their operations against terrorists."
On this same issue, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devender Fadanavis targeting the Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said, "Pak PM condemned surgical strikes before denying it; if our leaders speak in same way, it’s an insult to our soldiers."
