New Delhi: The murder mystery of the famous perfumer Monika Ghurde, who was found dead at her Goa residence in Sangolda, seems to be getting solved. One of the suspects has been arrested by the Goa Police. The two suspects were identified and were believed to be in Bengaluru presently.
The accused, identified as Rajkumar Singh, resident of Bhatinda, Punjab, was captured withdrawing money using Ghurde’s ATM card, police said on Saturday. Two men were seen in the camera of an ATM at Porvorim, about 3km from Ghurde’s residence.
The details of the murderer checking in at a hotel in Bengaluru have also been accessed by police.
A joint operation by the Goa Police, Mangalore Police and Bengaluru Police was launched and succesfully, one of the culrpits has been nabeed already.
As per reports, the accused worked as a watchman in the residential society where Ghurde lived, who was sacked after perfumer lodged a complaint against him.
