New Delhi: BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy on Friday wrote to Prime Minister Modi seeking a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to prosecute Ratan Tata.
In a letter addressed to PM Modi, Swamy has mentioned that four grievous criminal offences prima facie have been committed by Ratan Tata in various deals.
Swamy urged Modi to direct a setting up of a SIT consisting of the CBI (for criminal offences committed), Enforcement Directorate (for money laundering), SEBI (for violation of fiduciary and company laws) and prosecute Ratan Tata with full vigour and without interference of any in the government to protect the industrialist.
