New Delhi: Karnataka Minister for Primary and Secondary Education Tanvir Sait who was caught watching porn in his mobile phone while attending a public function has filed police case against journalists who had caught him in the act on Saturday.

Confirming the news, Additional Superintendent of Police (Raichur) SB Patil said, “A case has been registered against the district reporter and cameraman of a news channel based on the complaint by the Minister.”

The official confirmed that a case has been filed under the Indian Penal Code section 504 for intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of peace.

Tanvir Sait was caught scrolling through pictures of skimpily clad women on his mobile phone at a public function to mark the celebration of Tipu Jayanti in Raichur district.
