New Delhi: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday announced that she would hit the streets of Delhi on Tuesday to protest against demonetisation.

“I request the Centre to solve this issue. We have to protect the common man. I will go to Delhi tomorrow and will be on the road again,” Banerjee told media.

The TMC supremo had earlier asked all opposition parties to come together to oppose the historic move taken by Modi govt in a bid to curb black money.

She had also said that she was planning a ‘Bharat Yatra’ to mobilise support for her ‘anti-Modi’ movement.
