Srinagar: Days after foggy weather flight operations to and from Srinagar international airport were adversely affected for the third consecutive day on Tuesday leaving hundreds of passengers including tourists stranded.
Two morning flights and six afternoon flights were cancelled on Tuesday, a few Srinagar bound flights those already landed at Jammu airport were asked to wait for clearance, to take off for Srinagar depending on improvement in visibility,” as per the reports from an airport officials
Normal flight operations were resumed here on Wednesday at the Srinagar international airport after the visibility improved.
“Depending on better visibility, all afternoon flights are likely to run on schedule today after remaining suspended for three days”, as per the reports from an airport officials.
