Panaji: Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar's plan to turn Goa into a model cashless state by the year-end will cause more hardships, state Congress President Luizinho Faleiro said on Tuesday.

"I think it will be a huge injustice to the people. The move to make Goa cashless is not people friendly," Faleiro said.
