BJP's Tiwari, Rai get new responsibilities

New Delhi: BJP president Amit Shah on Wednesday appointed actor-turned-politician Manoj Tiwari as Delhi BJP President and Nityanand Rai have been appointed as Bihar BJP president.
 
Manoj Tiwari is the elected representative of North East Delhi Lok Sabha constituency. The Bhojpuri actor took over Satish Upadhyay  as the BJP President Delhi. Nityanand Rai took over Mangal Pandey as the Bihar BJP president.
 
Mangal Pandey recently made headlines after he suggested actor-turned-politician Shatrughan Sinha to join Congress.
