Nobel Laureate and social activist Kailash Satyarthi on Tuesday expressed confidence that authorities will be able to find his stolen replica of Nobel Prize and other possessions.

“A police probe has been initiated and I have complete faith in the authorities and the legal bodies of our country,” Satyarthi said.

“Appeal to conscience of people involved (in theft) to understand its significance & not get distracted by its monetary value,” he added

Satyarthi’s replica of the Nobel Prize and other valuable items were stolen from his south Delhi apartment. The incident came to light when Satyarthi’s son found the front gate of his father’s house in Alaknanda broken.

Meanwhile, a case has been registered at Kalkaji police station and police are probing the incident.
