Army Chief General Bipin Rawat on Wednesday paid tribute to security personnel who were martyred during gunfights with terrorists in Kashmir on Tuesday.

Gen Rawat also gave out a strong message to those obstructing Army operations.

“Those who obstruct our ops during encounters &are not supportive will be treated as overground workers of terrorists,” he said.

Gen Rawat added that Army will treat locals displaying flags of ISIS and Pak as anti-nationals and take action against them.

“If locals who want to continue with terror by displaying flags of ISIS & Pak then we’ll treat them as anti nationals&will not spare them,” he said.

Four jawans and as many militants were killed in 2 separate encounters in Kashmir Valley on Tuesday.
