A day after 7-year-old class II student of a private school in Guguram was brutally murdered, Gurgaon Police in a press conference said that the involvement of bus conductor is confirmed. If someone else is found involved, action will be taken against them.
“Will try to file charge sheet in court within 7 days and request for fast trial of case. A committee has been formed to adjudge loopholes in security arrangement, report of which is expected on Monday,” Gurugram Police Commissioner added.
Responding to whether the bus conductor being made a scapegoat, Police Commissioner said, “Confident we will be able to satisfy everyone after concluding investigation.”
Also, a Public Relation Officer (PRO) of CBSE Rama Sharma said that the school has been asked to send a report along with FIR filed in this case within 2 days.”
“Fact finding committee set up to enquire matter and submit report at earliest,” Rama Sharma said.
Earlier in the day, the conductor, Ashok, confessed that he was not in the right state of mind before he brutally killed the boy. He further stated that he is deeply gutted with his actions and he will accept any punishment that will be given to him.
The bus conductor has been sent to 3-day police remand after a Gurugram court issued the order.
Putting into consideration the heinous act the conductor committed, all the members of Bar Association of Sohna has refused to take up his case and defend him in the court.
On September 8 morning, a 7-year-old class II student of Ryan International School was found dead in school’s toilet. The boy’s body was discovered in a pool of blood with his throat slit. Also a knife with who he was murdered was also found lying near his body.
