In a tragic incident being reported from Hyderabad, a 6-year-old girl was raped and later pushed into the well in a Telangana village. After the matter was reported, authorities rushed to the spot and pulled-out the body of a minor girl from the well. According to reports, the incident took place on Wednesday, when the girl had come to her home from the school to have lunch.

As per primary reports, the girl was a student of a local village school and had come to her home for lunch in the break. According to her mother, that was the last she saw of her daughter. After the girl did not return home even after the school had got over, the mother filed a report with the local police. Taking the cognizance of the complaint, the police began investigation.

During the investigations, the police found that the girl was last spotted with 22-year-old Shiva Kumar, a local villager. Following the investigations the police nabbed the accused Shiva Kumar. While talking to PTI, investigation officer, Ravi said that the girl was raped and murdered by the accused in Mannapur village.

He said, “The girl, who goes to a nearby primary school, was raped and murdered by the accused in Mannapur village in Mogdampally mandal.” According to sources, the accused, Shiva was the girl’s uncle. As per sources, seeing the minor alone he abducted her, raped and being afraid of getting caught, he threw the girl in the well.

Reports say that during the interrogation, accused, Shiva Kumar told the police that he had taken the girl to a nearby farmland and raped her, twice. The investigation officer said that the accused also admitted that he had thrown the girl into the nearby well and flew the spot leaving her to die.
