Amid the unfortunate incident of 63 children dying in Gorakhpur’s Baba Raghav Das Medical College’s hospital due to lack of oxygen as per reports, Nobel Peace Laureate Kailash Satyarthi took to Twitter and said that it wasn’t a tragic incident but an executed murder which involved many new born children as well.

Kailash Satyarthi further appealed to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to investigate the corrupt involved in the medical system. He stressed that this situation has been building over the years now  and immediate action should be taken in order to prevent such disasters in the future. Such incidents are a shame for the UP government as well as for the entire nation.

Following the death of more than 60 children within a week in a hospital in Gorakhpur district, the opposition has demanded the resignation of Chief Minister Yogi Aditynath and the state Health Minister Siddharth Nath Singh for a corrupt and failed medical system.

However, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has issued a transparent probe into the entire case and has assured that the guilty will be punished and strict action will be taken.
