Self-styled god-woman Radhe Maa recently visited Vivek Vihar Police Station of East Delhi. A picture of Radhe Maa sitting in the seat of SHO surfaced on Thursday morning. Besides Radhe Maa, police personals inside the station were seen folding their hands.
As per reports, many ‘bhakts’ entered the police station in presence of Radhe Maa and hailed her. The picture was reportedly clicked on the day of ‘Asthami’ during ‘Navratris’. On further enquiry, a constable of the police station revealed that Radhe Maa was on a trip to Ramleela and with the increasing people in the event, SHO of the station brought her in the police station.
The person standing with folding hands in the picture is none other than Sanjay Sharma, the SHO of the Vivek Vihar police station. Sharma is also seen wearing her ‘chunari’ as mark of his gratitude towards the self-style god woman.
Radha Maa who is an accused in a dowry harassment case was denied bail plea by a court in Mumbai last month. Apart from this case, a lawyer accused Radhe Maa of obscenity on the basis of videos showing her being lifted by followers while dancing to Bollywood songs.
Radhe Maa who was born as Sukhwinder Kaur in Gurdaspur district of Punjab was married off at the age of 17. After her husband went to Qatar in search of better job, Sukhwinde became a disciple of Mahant Ram Deen Das of Paramhans Dera of Mukerian in Hoshiarpur district. Later on she moved to Mumbai and made it her base. Radhe Maa has a temple to her name located about 2 km from the ashram of her guru at Mukerian. Radhe Maa has a palatial Radhe Maa Bhawan at Borivali, where she holds various religious functions every night that draws hundreds of wealthy followers.
