The beauty of Kaziranga National Park in pictures

Home to the endangered one-horned rhino, the Kaziranga National Park is spread over almost 430 sq kms across the districts of Golaghat and Nagaon in Assam.

In Assam, it is found only in two national parks Kaziranga and Manas. To protect the rhino, Kaziranga was declared a national park way back in 1940 and a World Heritage Site in 1985.
