BIHAR: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to address his last Parivartan rally in Bhagalpur district of Bihar. Ahead of his rally, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar attacked PM Modi over Twitter and asked not to mislead people with ‘special package’.
While in his first rally, Modi talked about his vision for Bihar, in his second rally Modi announced a package of Rs. 1.65 lakh crore for the poll-bound state.
In less than two months, this is the third visit of PM Modi to Bihar after he joined office as the Prime Minister.
