Somnath won’t surrender, moves to Supreme Court

DELHI: It was reported that the High Court has rejected an anticipatory bail against AAP MLA Somnath Bharti, who is facing charges of domestic violence. Bharti has moved to Supreme Court now, against the High Court order, appealing for a bail.

AAP CM, Arvind Kejriwal, has asked Bharti to surrender and shown his worry over such behaviour of Bharti. He said, “Somnath should surrender. Why is he running away? Why is he so scared of going to jail?”

Somnath’s disappearance has brought embarrassment to AAP party. The party has been urging him to surrender.
Well, Delhi Police has made it very clear that anyone who helps Somnath Bharti hide will also be held responsible and strict action will be taken against the person.
