Congress blames right wing organizations for beef murder in Himanchal Pradesh

24 hours after a 22-yr-old trucker named Noman was surrounded by a mob and lynched in Sirmour near Shimla, no arrests have been made. 
 
According to reports, a group of Bajrang Dal activists with the help of locals surrounded a truck ferrying cattle. 
 
They surrounded the truck, assaulted it's four occupants so brutally that the driver of the truck died on the spot. While cops have booked the four in connection with the incident, the lynching has taken a decidedly political turn with both the State Govt and the BJP opposition linking it to communal politics.
