YSR Congress MP Midhun Reddy slaps AI officer upon refusal of VVIP treatment

Yet another case of VVIP misbehavior. An Andhra Pradesh MP has allegedly slapped an Air India station manager at Tirupati Airport for refusing to accept him on a flight for which boarding had been closed. According to sources, the YSR Congress MP Midhun Reddy reached the Tirupati Airport about 20 to 25 minutes before flight departure time. Upon refusal to be allowed to board flight, he called out the officer and slapped him. Speaking to NewsX, he has however denied the incident claiming it was only a verbal argument.
