BHOPAL: Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Babulal Gaur made several sickening statements on Russian women at a recent function saying that when a Russian leader's wife asked him to teach her how to tie a dhoti, he told her that he can't teach her how to tie one but can certainly teach how to untie it.
The 85-year-old former Chief Minister went ahead and made several other remarks on how Russian women wanted to kiss him and he would have lost his party ticket if those pictures were made public.
The event was a state-level party convention at the BJP office on Sunday which was also attended by party state Unit Chief Nandkumar Chouhan.
Gaur while narrating his episodes also spoke about another incident that how a Russian woman kissed him on the forehead after which he had to stop more women from doing so.
His dhoti remark made some party leaders uncomfortable who attended the convention including women.
In June 2014, the same minister had stirred a controversy over his remarks on rape, describing it as ‘social crime’. He said that rape is sometimes wrong and sometimes right and it’s a social problem which cannot be prevented. It depends on man and woman and until complaint is filed, no action can be taken, he had added.
